I loved this as a play on words for Miss Universe (and for the arcade-style vibes it gives in certain colors), but first, I had to make sure the description was fitting of my friend, who has created her own amazing universe of crochet and knitting.

Indeed, she carries the values of tolerance, and empathy as she shines that light on others and spreads kindness everywhere.

This shawl would not have been possible without her.

Pattern is written, size is approx. 17" by 78".

Sample yarns used in testing had a wide range of stretchiness, so you may get a slightly smaller or larger final size.
