I designed this dress for a newborn girl. Lovely pictures can be taken when your bundle of joy is wearing this dress. The model wearing the dress is 4 weeks old ❤
The pattern is easy to follow and suitable for a beginner who is familiar with knit, purl, yarn over, knit 2 together stitches and would like to try something new.
The dress is knitted top down in one piece and later sewn together at the back. The crochet flowers are optional, you can always decorate it to your own liking (fabric flowers, beads, etc)
I used Sweet Georgia silk merino yarn for this dress but it will look lovely with mohair or any other baby fingering yarn.
