Lovebomb Christmas Ornament

I have written the pattern to help fund raise for a working wheelchair.

The Lovebomb Christmas Ornament has the heart I use to Lovebomb (giveaway crocheted hearts in a random act of kindness) in it’s centre. It begins with a heart in a circle then becomes an ornament to hang on your tree or if made in smaller weight yarn as a decoration on gifts.

This design works best with three highly contrasting colours. Or a dark, medium and light shade.

You can use any yarn with appropriate hook. I used 8ply DK and a 4mm hook. You could use 10ply worsted and a 4.5mm hook. Do not crochet too tightly! Work with even tension.

Size of the finished item will depend on yarn and hook size, but in 8ply it is approximately 16cm long.
