Produktdetails

Originally published as part of Valley Yarns Designer Series, Lyndhurst is an eye-catching, fitted sleeveless tank with a simple, classic front and an unexpected, sophisticated, undulating lace panel on the back. The alternating leaves of the lace pattern inspired the name: Lyndhurst, a 19th-century estate in the Hudson Valley, is known for its gardens and magnificent specimen trees.

Lyndhurst is knit from the bottom up in the round. The lace pattern is in chart form only.

This tank is intended to fit fairly closely, with -2 to +2 inches ease, so placement of the waist shaping is important: the narrowest part of the garment waist should fall at or slightly above the wearer’s natural waist.

The garment back waist length is shown on the schematic, and should be 1-3 inches less than the wearer’s back waist length (length from most prominent bone at the base of the neck to the natural waist), for best fit.

Instructions are given for adjusting the palcement of the waist shaping if necessary.
