This shawl was designed specifically to showcase beautiful tonal yarn where less is more, but looks just as stunning in solid or semi-solid yarn.
It looks a deceptively simple design with stocking stitch used to create the leaf shape outlined in simple lace. Twisted stitches add detail for the leaf veins and more interest in the knitting.
The pattern is charted and includes full written instructions as well as a schematic to show the structure of the shawl for the different stitch patterns used. The final lace section can be ended at different points to give some flexibility on your yardage.
