This quick to knit cowl uses super soft, bulky, warm but lightweight North Star yarn. The cowl is knit on the larger needles from the bottom up. The seed stitch edging at the bottom is slightly wider than the top, meant to sit nicely on the neck. Combining the slip stitches in the cables makes an interesting textured fabric.
