This sweater ... one for her and one for her doll ... makes a great set for Christmas or special birthday. If you've never done patterns from charts, start with the doll sweater -- fewer stitches and less shaping to worry about. The child's sweater -- sized from a 3T (with 4-5, 6-8) included -- coordinates with the doll sweater,but the patterning is only on the front (the back is stockinette) so this goes together quickly. The doll-sized sweater fits an 18" doll.
The collar and cuff are rolled-edge stockinette!
