The Mermaid Dreams Cowl is a fabulous stash or scrap buster pattern! This pattern was originally designed for Operation Christmas Child in October of 2020. I think the name is perfect for this one! After all, which girl doesn't love mermaids?? If you can single crochet and treble crochet then you can do this pattern! It is suitable for beginners who know these stitches.
