Who does not love the beach! I know it is one of my favorite places to go! So when I was looking at yarns for my next project, I found Mandala yarn which all have fairy tale names.
When I ran across one named mermaid, I had to do something with it. Since it was called mermaid, I wanted to find the best shell stitch to go along with by the sea skein of yarn.
With this shell stitch, it combines the shell stitch with and a V-stitch to create a beautiful look!
Double crochets and chains are all that is required to do this stitch!
