Pretty, textured, amply-sized, easy-to-memorize pattern repeat.... a lovely, satisfying blanket pattern.
The first photograph is of the blanket itself, knitted according to the pattern in Jaggerspun Superlamb. The second photograph is of a work-in-progress (stole), using the same 14-row pattern repeat, but doing six repeats across, in an exquisite hand-dyed fingering weight yarn. The effect is quite different!
