This is a very simple mix of seed stitches & stocking stitch that gives the cardigan a bit of style (& is also very easy!). To bring the front of the vee neck edges down a bit, we do some easy short rows after the neckband. This pattern is suitable for baby boys & girls, depending on the yarn colour & buttons we choose.
The greeny yellow cardigan was made using Bombed Yarns hand dyed DK/8ply Dynamite 100% wool in the colour The Sassy Budgie, & the pink cardigan was made using Bendigo Woollen Mills Luxury 8ply in the colour Baby Blossom
Skill Level Easy… even though it might include a technique you haven't used before, the pattern contains simple, straightforward instructions and notes on where to look for more information.
