« Moineau », meaning sparrow in French, is a classic piece, worked with a little touch of color, and proposed in two versions, for boys or girls. Knitted in one piece, from the bottom up, it’s a quick project to knit and a lovely addition to the wardrobe of every little bird!
The sample was made with Madelinetosh Merino Light (MC) and Madelinetosh Unicorn Tails (CC). Some suggested substitute yarns are shown below. Quantities given below are for the straight version. A-line version may require more yarn. Pattern includes yarn quantities for both versions.
