This is an original pattern for a colourful crocheted double thickness potholder with Mummy and baby bunny sitting on a grassy bank on the front. The reverse is plain green, and both thicknesses are joined by a double row of crochet in white.
I have recommended 100% cotton yarn, making it safe to stand warm dishes on, and to protect your hands from burns. Measures 7.5” x 8” (19cm x 20.5cm)) plus the hanging loop at the top.
The potholder takes less than 100gr of yarn in total and the stitches used are sl st., single crochet, half double crochet and double crochet. There is also a bobble stitch, for which full instructions are included in the pattern.
