Mushroom Magic blanket

Growing up in the 70’s, I remember all the fun earth toned mushroom décor we had at our home & I’d see at friends’ houses as well. And today, that retro 70’s mushroom trend has come back in style! This was a particularly fun blanket for me to create as it really gave me that nostalgic sense of my childhood.

This Mushroom Magic blanket uses the overlay mosaic crochet method to create a lush, soft blanket with rich details, perfect for snuggling under during those crisp fall evenings or to give as a lovely gift to a lucky recipient.

Yarn used in sample:

Mary Maxim Maximum Value (1 skein = 450 yards)

Teal = 4 skeins

Light Brown = 1.25 skeins

Medium Brown = half a skein

Cottonwood = 1.25 skeins

Rust = 1.5 skeins
