Quick and easy to knit, Nap Time Onesies make lovely, treasured gifts.
Construction Seamless, knit bottom up starting with the legs and finishing at the shoulders. Stitches are placed on hold and re-worked as live knit to avoid any need for uncomfortable seams. A bit of extra room is built in the backside for diapers.
Size Newborn, fits babies 0-3 months depending on individual size
Technique MagicLoop is my favorite for knitting baby garments in the round. DPNs may be used if preferred.
Needles 2 needle sizes are used - smaller needles for the ankle cuffs and ribbed edging, and larger needles for the body.Needle sizes are recommendations, please adjust as needed for the yarn you choose.
