Neptune is a super cute “Mini-Me” version of Drambuie and the design is one of Kari-Helene’s favourites as a toddler/child’s cardigan. The traditional style with contemporary detailing (particularly the basket weave pattern) creates a stylish and tactile garment that works equally well for a little girl as well as little boy. The design is worked flat, in three pieces for the body and with sleeves seperately. Neptune is written with the buttons doing up right over left, however intermediate knitters can swap this over if they so wish. Skill level: intermediate Sizes: Age 1 – Chest 56cm, Length 33cm Age 2 – Chest 56cm, Length 35.5cm Age 3 – Chest 64cm, Length 38.5cm
Needle Sizes: 3.25mm straight, 4mm straight Tension: 20sts and 26 rows to 10cm square over Stocking Stitch using 4mm needles
