This is a great project for creating lovely baby gifts using your leftover yarn. All hats are knitted with one size of straight needles, yarn of the same weight and basic stitches.
Size: Height - 15cm (6in), Width - 16cm (6.5in). The rib can stretch up to about 38cm (15in) in circumference.
I have used oddments of yarn from my stash and some colors are discontinued. I provide the yarns I used in the pattern, and include some other options, but many DK yarns of your choice can be used as well.
Other materials: Pom pom maker size 3.5cm (1.5in) / Small amount of acrylic or wool yarn in white/cream for the pom pom / Stitch markers (optional) / Smaller size of needles for the rib (optional)
