The North Star Blanket Square is worked in 2 parts. The star is crocheted first, the the square is attached.
The star and square are worked in the round. I used 2 different colors. MC 45 yds and CC 10 yds
Finished Square size is 8" x 8" Finished Star size is 6" x 5"
You can use the North Star can be used as an embellishment. The blanket square can not only be used to make an afghan, but a pillow cover, place mats, potholders and more.
Since the square only uses around 60 yds of yard it would be a great Stash Buster!
