Northwoods Cowl

My goal with this piece was to create a cowl that felt like you were wearing a piece of nature. This lace stitch reminds me of pinecones and just felt very “woodsy” to me. I choose to go with a long length so that this cowl snuggles right up around you, keeping you warm from the cold. Even though the lace creates an airy texture, you still get the warmth from the way the cowl drapes around your neck.
