Red Heart sent me free samples of the Red Heart Super Saver Ombre to try and I really love it – both the smooth color transitions and the beautiful sheen of the yarn. The yarn is not scratchy, it does not pile and it holds its stitch definition perfectly. You can substitute any Red Heart Super Saver yarn for the yarn I used in this pattern – just remember when you substitute if your gauge is different, the finished size of your project will also be different. The first pattern I designed with this yarn is the Ocean Breeze Scarf. Today, I’d like to share with you this new crochet pattern available in 11 sizes for my Ocean Sea Shells Hat.
