With a seed st panel that balanced but slightly offbeat, these mitts are perfect for the guy or gal on the go. Designed to enhance the hints of colour found in variegated yarns, the Offbeat Seed Stitch Mitts remain both interesting and easy to knit. Sizes : Fits most hands, circumference 6.5 "/16.5 cm to 8"/21 cm Yarn : 105 yds / 96 m Aran / 10-ply yarn that achieves gauge. Sample shown in Malabrigo Worsted, UVA.
Needle Size : US 7 / 4.5 mm needles for preferred method of small circumference knitting, plus same sized DPNs for thumbs. You may go up or down a needle size to adjust sizing for a larger or smaller hand. Notions : Tapestry needle, 3 stitch markers, stitch holder or scrap yarn Gauge : 20 sts = 4" / 10cm in Stockinette Stitch. Check gauge to avoid disappointment.
