In Finnish there is a saying “vauvasta vaariin”, which means it is for "from baby to grandpa". As is this scarf. It’s easy to make, suitable for a beginners also, but as an end product, it’s really lovely and can easily become your favorite accessory! You can easily change the yarn and the size of the scarf, but I would recommend choosing something soft and non-itchy.
I have used Sandnes Garn Alpakka as double with 6,5 mm (US 10,5) needles for the scarf in photos. My scarf weights about 70 g.
