I used the full package of Caron X Pantone, the last bit of the 5th colour is my pom, which could have been more dense.
I have a smaller sized head so it's a bit slouchy on me.
You can use the long tail cast on, I just prefer for double brims to use the provisional, it's easier to attach it for me.
The texture & decreases are both charted, the rest of the pattern is written.
