Orangerie

Hues of orange, pink, coral, tangerine... A very slight touch of mauve... These make me think of peaches. Then immediately follow other images of summer: golden wheat fields dotted with bright red poppies, strolling through orchards full of promises, listening to crickets singing their song in the warmth of the day, lounging on a quiet garden patio... With the Orangerie cowl, I wanted to capture all these images and memories. The Orangerie cowl is worked in an all-over pattern of interlacing lace stitches. The lightweight yarn and the openness of the lace give the cowl an airy and delicate quality. This cowl will for sure add a touch of sophistication and flair to your summery outfits.
