This pattern shows you how to make a clutch with the tapestry crochet technique.
It is written is US terms and it uses mainly double crochet stitches and also slip stitches and chains.
The final work with my tension and materials measures 22 cms wide and 14 cms height
You will need two colors of cotton yarn, 2.5 mm crochet hook, scissors, yarn needle, a zipper, and a needle and thread.
This pattern is explained through a grid, photographs, and written instructions.
I also show you how to attach the zipper without using a sewing machine.
It is inspired by the beautiful Silver Fern in New Zealand, a very important symbol for its people.
