US Size D-3 (3.25 mm) crochet hook, or size needed to obtain gauge.
Yarn needle.
1/2” diameter sew-through button.
Gauge15 sts in pattern for Neck Band = 1.75” (4.5 cm). Exact gauge is not critical for this project.
