Dragons crocheted from this pattern are a nice toy size, from worsted weight yarn they will turn out about 14 inches from toe to tail tip and 7.5 inches tall. But you can use any yarn weight as long as you choose the hook size accordingly. Example dragons took roughly 120 g worsted weight or 75 g DK weight yarn.
