Petites Feuilles Boots

The Petites Feuilles boots are knit completely seamlessly, and feature a fun, easy and adorable leaf motif (which can also be left out for a more unisex look). A perfect gift for a brand new baby boy or girl, they are also perfectly suited for older babies. I-cord ties ensure that the booties will stay on the child’s feet. They are also great for baby-wearing since the extra length means the calves stay nice and toasty :) Note: For older babies who can stand up or walk I recommend sewing some leather on the soles to prevent slipping.

The booties’ soles are knit flat, then stitches are picked up and worked seamlessly in the round from the sole to the cuff. The pattern is both fully written and charted, to accommodate personal preference.
