These socks are worked from the cuff down with a heel flap and gusset decreases. The pattern is mirrored for the left and right socks.
The pattern is written for cast on 74 sts. Use Fingering weight sock yarn to get medium female size socks.. Needle sizes 2.5 and 3.0 mm are used. Choose a smaller or larger needle size to change the finished measurements. Foot length is adjustable.
Any Fingering type sock yarn with gauge 28-32 sts pr 10 cm/7-8 sts pr inch will work well.
Yarn Materials (approx.): Main Color, MC: approx. 65 g/2.3 oz Contrast Color, CC: approx. 30 g/1.1 oz
If you make cuff and toe in CC it should be enough with one 50 g ball of each color.
The original sock is worked in Cascade Heritage (CC - White) and Deep Sock from Murky Depths Dyework.(MC - Black)
