The Pine Croft Toque pattern is a fun design for knitters interested in honing their skills at stranded knitting in the round. Above all, this design is perfect for using up stash yarn! The pattern includes written instructions and a chart for each size.
I’ve named this pattern after my grandparents’ summer home, “Pine Croft”. It was an old settler farmhouse built in the 1880’s on a point overlooking a beautiful lake in Muskoka (Canada). My grandfather planted many white pines there, which have grown into tall, majestic trees that still stand today.
