This skirt is super easy and absolutely adorable!
The pattern is written in a way that you could make this for any size. From newborn to adult, regular, petite, plus size, any size you want! (I wear a 2x for those wondering!)
This skirt is double sided. One side with back loops only and the other side is left plain. (I love both!) I think this skirt has just enough poof without being too much. You could easily make the skirt more or less poofy by using more or less increases.
