Poulsbo Place Lace Scarf

Poulsbo Lace Scarf knits in one piece, no seams, YEAH!!!!! The pattern uses a combination of eye-catching intricate lace stitches that are for the experienced knitter. Sk2p's and yo twice, with 3 stitches knit into those 2 yo's on the following row. Patterning on both sides will keep your attention but with a 24 row repeat (not too many ) will also become familiar fast..

I used Lana Gatto Feeling yarn, a blend of wool/silk/cashmere. The silk adds some shine and, of course, the cashmere is so soft. But any DK weight will work. That's the great thing about scarf patterns, substitutions are easily done. The size may change slightly, but you can easily adjust length within the pattern repeat.

The pattern is entirely in both row by row written and charted directions. I wet blocked, smoothing out on towel, pinning out the circles along the edges.
