Lion Brand Mandala is a perfect lightweight yarn for a puff stitch cowl such as this! With easy repeats and gorgeous colour changes, this pattern is a very relaxing and rewarding project for any intermediate crocheter, or even a determined beginner!
Materials needed: -one cake of lion brand mandala in any colorway (my favourite colourful options are 'Troll' 'Gnome' and 'Thunderbird'), -5mm crochet hook
scissors -darning needle to weave in ends
Finished product measures 12 inches tall by 16 inches wide.
Pattern uses intermediate level stitches such as: Double Crochet Foundation, working in the round, puff stitch, front and back post double crochet, and crocheting into the back loops and third loops of a stitch. Pattern includes written explanations for all stitches listed.
