These directions are for the HugKnit Doggie + a bonus tutorial for picking up the stitches for the head. The blanket portion is knit flat in garter stitch for great tactile stimulation, head is knit in the round. Uses worsted weight yarn (make sure its washable); brown -250 yds, white -50 yds, black -20 yds, contrasting waste yarn -2 yds. Also uses Kitchener Stitch and Duplicate Stitch.
