This pattern is slightly modified from my grandmother's mini stocking pattern. She would make them for us grandchildren many Christmases, stuffing little treats inside. I was always so excited to get mine! I recently found one of my old ones and recreated the pattern.
This modified, granny square folds nicely into a stocking just right for little goodies, hanging on the tree, or stringing together into a festive garland.
This pattern whips up so quickly you'll have a stack of them before you know it.
The pattern is somewhere between beginner and intermediate. Merry Christmas!
