Illusion knitting is much easier than it looks. Only one yarn is used on each row and there are only two different colours. If you can knit, purl and count, you can do this.
When you look directly at the blanket you only see stripes; when you look from an angle the rabbit appears. It is very difficult to take photos that show the WOW factor. It is very impressive in real life.
The blanket can be made in any yarn. Using DK it measures about 81 cm x 104 cm (32” x 44”).
The pattern includes several versions of the chart, including one specially for phones or tablets.

- You can use any brand and thickness of yarn in two contrasting colours. Use needles slightly thinner than usually recommended for your chosen yarn.
