The Raised Diamonds Cushion Cover features a geometric motif—which is a slight modification of the Parquet Pattern stitch pattern from Barbara G. Walker's A Treasury of Knitting Patterns—on the front, and a simple stocking stitch on the back. The increases and decreases that form the diamond shapes are worked on the wrong side in this pattern. The envelope-style opening is closed using 7 buttons. The cushion cover is knit in one piece and requires very little seaming.
