Ringbrynje (men's version)

This is the male version of the sweater Ringbrynje. Ringbrynje is the Danish word for a small armor made of metal rings linked together.

The sweater is worked from the bottom edge and up with a multi-colored pattern on the yoke. The sweater has a combined round and raglan yoke and sleeve construction. The Sweater has a folded sleeve rib with a thumb hole. The pattern includes instructions for working a “helmet” (add additional 150-200 grams of yarn for the helmet).

The pattern is made for at yarn with a gauge of 18 stitches per 10 centimeters (stockinette stitch) i.e. a yardage of approximate 90 meters per 50 g

This pattern includes directions for a size S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL with a chest width of 107, 116, 122, 131, 138 and 147 centimeters and a length of 65, 68, 70, 72, 75 and 77 centimeters as well as a helmet/balaclava that fits head circumference 54/56, 56/58 and 58/60 centimeters. The pattern is a combination of charts and text. (Yarn and finished items, yarn etc. not included)
