This is a design for a children’s light hooded poncho. This would be a great garment to wear as an extra layer in the winter or to take camping and snuggle in as the sun goes down or to the beach to throw on after getting out of the water. It has a beautiful ripple stitch pattern with open stitches or puffs at the points of the ripples, to create some lightness and textural interest. Tassels are added at the end to create a bit of drama.
