Roots mitts

Roots mitts are a continuation of the Roots socks motifs inspired by traditional Ukrainian embroidery. These mitts are worked in the round, from the cuff to the fingers. The pattern includes a written description and charts.

Gauge30 sts * 29 rows = 4” (10 сm) in colorwork stitch in the round (after blocking) with US 3.0 (3.25 mm)

YarnRauma Finull 50gr/175m – 100% Norwegian wool main color 4123, contrasting color 4076 (for one pair of mitts you need about 25 grams of the main color and about 10 grams of contrasting color)

Notionscircular needles or DPN US 2.5 (3.00 mm), circular needles or DPN US 3.0 (3.25 mm), scissors, stitch markers, tapestry needle
