Rosie's Blanket was made for the new baby of a close friend. I have a large skein if hand dyed double knit from skein queen in a amazing pale grey. It was perfect for the elegant tastes of my friend, so I tried to design a simple elegant pattern to show off the yarn. As usual, the pattern is written in a number of different sizes. The different sizes will have different repeats of the lace pattern up the side, however if you want to stick with 2 as the pattern, just complete plain stocking stitch instead of the lace repeat.
Requirements:
270/600/1100/1700/2100 m DK weight yarn 3.75mm needles Yarn needle. Tension; 20st x30 rows measured across whole blanket Sizes: 40x52/60x79/80x107/100x136/120x163 cm
