This is an original crochet pattern for my Santa Beanie Skullcap. It's easy to follow instructions appropriate for even beginners of crochet, written in English using American crochet terminology. This is one of my favorite patterns. Using the same instructions, you can easily size up or down, from infant to adult. Keep it short for a skull cap, or add some more rows for ear coverage. Very flexible, and quick to make.
