This is the knitting PATTERN for a Christmas egg cosy made like a miniature Santa's Hat. Worked in DK/8ply yarn it is quick and easy and would be great for a festive Christmas breakfast.
SIZES
One size should fit all eggs and egg cups.
YARN
Oddment (approx 30m/33yd) of Red yarn DK /8ply weight. Oddment (approx 25m/28yd) of white yarn DK/8ply weight. Yarn should knit to a tension of 22 stitches and 28 rows on no 4 mm (UK/Canada/Australia no.8/US6) Pair of no 4 mm needles (UK/Canada/Australia no.8/US6) Wool sewing needle for making up.
