Produktdetails
Sea Grass is a large and lofty wrap with plenty of detail and visual interest. Its three-dimensional lace and garter stitch stripes ensure an entertaining knit with a wonderful chance to play with colour. Bias construction adds a dash of fun to this timeless everyday favourite.
Sea Grass is knitted diagonally with increases on one side and decreases on the other, giving shape to a slightly asymmetric and distinctive outline. The beautiful lace pattern is worked on the right side only.
Yarn: Two colours of fingering weight yarn (360 m / 394 yds of C1 & 280 m / 306 yds of C2). Shown with DyeForYarn Merino/Silk Fingering, colours Sea Grass in the Sun (C1) and Icy Mist (C2).
Stitches used: knit, purl, kfb, yo, k2tog, ssk, sl2k1psso.
Needle: Size 4 mm / US 6. Shawl is worked flat but 100 cm / 40 inch circular needle is recommended to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
