Every spring the fields around my home are turned over and planted with the promise (weather permitting) of harvest in the months that follow.
The steady rows of these newly planted crops are a source of calm for me and are represented in this pullover by rows of stockinette that help build a breathable mesh pattern.
There are accents of mesh at the chest, circling the arms, and cascading down the sides of this cozy pullover.
The sample was knit in Western Sky Knits Willow DK. A substitute yarn is shown below.
