Septentrio is a sweater inspired by nordic sweaters, but with a modern twist. I wanted to create a clean design, a simplified version, with a rather simple motif. Thus, this design can be a good way to learn stranded motif in the round (which is not difficult at all!).
This sweater is available in 7 sizes, from XS to 3XL. The bust circomferences of the finished sweater are : 84 (91/97/103/110/120/133) cm / 33 (36/38/40.5/43/47/52) inches. This sweater is intended to be worn with a positive ease of about 5 cm / 2 inches.
It is worked from top down, all in the round and seamlessly.
You will need DK yarn : 950 (1000/1050/1100/1150/1200/1300) meters / 1040 (1100/1150/1200/1250/1300/1400) yards for main colour and 25 (25/25/30/30/30/30) meters / 27 (27/27/33/33/33/33) yards for 3 contrasting colours. But feel free to use only one or two contrasting colours !
