Color-shifting yarns and stranded colorwork are a match made in heaven! These mitts are a modern take on the traditional Norwegian mitten: the motifs on the back of the hand are reminiscent of a cluster of stars, while the beautiful color changes of Spincycle's Dyed in the Wool add depth and color while using only two yarns. The contrasting cuffs and i-cord bind off show off the unique color shifts of the yarn.
Paired with Brooklyn Tweed's LOFT, these mitts are airy and light, and the woolen-spun Loft works well with the handspun feel of the Spincycle, giving it a rustic air. For something a little more l
