This pretty baby blanket is just the thing to try different stitch patterns and simple colour changes, as well as stash-busting favorite yarns. Whether an experienced beginner or more advanced, this pattern has plenty to entertain. Worked in rows using basic stitches, with eleven repeating stripe stitch patterns. Basic hand drawn stitch charts included.
Pattern uses UK terms. There are tips to make the blanket larger or smaller. Listed yarn is suggestion only.
Correction (15 Sept 2019): Row count for Row 27 should read 23 tr, 23 dc, 86 ch (total 132 sts). Corrected pdf pattern uploaded.
Corrections (27 June 2021): Row 28 bracketed section should read [ch 2, skip ch 2 sp, tr in dc, ch 2, skip ch 2 sp, dc in tr]. End of Row 48 should read working dc in each of last three sts. Row 53 bracketed section should read [skip two sts, tr, ch 3, 3tr around stem of tr just made, skip two sts, tr]. Corrected pdf pattern uploaded.
