Absolutely simple to knit, this striped, boat-neck, pullover makes a terrific first sweater project. The stripes keep it looking fresh and add a little interest to the knitting, and using a stretch cotton like elann.com Esprit or Cascade Fixation gives it a very comfortable fit and feel. Because of the wonderful give of these yarns, you can choose to knit your project oversized (as modeled) or with little or no ease, for a more fitted look.
Sample shown was knit in ** **elann.com Esprit stretch cotton in French Navy and Tapestry Blue.
