Short and Long Haired Baby Guinea Pigs

This knitting pattern has 2 patterns.  1 for a short haired baby guinea pig, the other for a long haired guinea pig. (Unsure if we can make the loop stitch? check out our blog for a step-by-step knitting guide sebastianloves.blogspot.co.uk)

These are the perfect pets.  Great for those living in flats/apartments, have limited garden space and simply no time to care for a pet.  These guys are always happy to see you!

Double Knit pattern, any Double knit yarn will work fine. Suggest 100% baby alpaca for short haired guinea pig, also recommend on using a couple of different yarns for the long haired guinea pig for added texture, we have used Acrylic for one colour and a cotton mix for the other. Size 3.75mm single pointed needles required. Toy stuffing and 2 9mm safety eyes in black.
